A performance sports exhaust, strongly inspired by the legendary smallframe ‘Banana’ exhaust, suitable for the Vespa ET-3, ETS and SS 50/90 models, produced by EGIG Performance.
This ‘Super-banana’ exhaust is capable of a performance normally associated with hand-welded multi-segment expansion chamber exhausts. It delivers just 5-10% less power than the most powerful of the far more expensive types. The width of power band it produces also stands the comparison. In reality this is a full-blown performance exhaust disguised as a retro-banana!

There is a silencer integrated into the body of the exhaust, reducing the noise created to an acceptable level, without negatively affecting the operation or power output.
Touring or Sport
EGIG produce two versions of their ‘Super-banana’, the ‘Touring’ and the ‘Sport’. These are titled according to their intended field of use, to avoid confusion. The power delivery comes earlier in the rev range with the touring type than the sports version, making it ideal for both short trips and the longer journeys. The slightly more powerful sports type is ideal for when the time taken for the journey is more important than the journey itself.
Both types have the same manifold, making rapid exchange possible when necessary.

Information: If there is only 54mm between the manifold fixing studs, the special 10mm headed M8 nuts included in the delivery must be used on the inner fixings interior side. The exhaust should be regularly treated with a coat of anti-rust oil to avoid corrosion.
