The working environment of a VESPA exhaust system is pretty tough. The longer the working life, the more likely it is rusted from the inside and out, coked up or cracked, torn, ripped and scraped on curbs and other street furniture. For proper performance and appearance, the exhaust should be replaced regularly. We stock standard exhaust systems for almost every VESPA model, from the VESPA 98 through to the latest catalysator versions for the new VESPA PX`11. SITO produces very precise replicas for several VESPA models. They have a black painted finish and are excellent value-for-money.
The exhaust units produced by MAURO PASCOLI are very high quality items which is proven by an extremely smooth fabrication and ease of fitting. Most of these exhaust units are delivered with a temperature resistant clear lacquer finish. The versions for older VESPA models, with the headlamp on the front mudguard, are nickel plated. If you are looking for a little more performance but still wish to remain unobtrusive, you can depend on the exhausts in the ROAD series, which are available for most VESPA models since the VNA 8” wheel 125cc produced between 1957 and 1959.

Steel, black/clear painted finish, nickel/chrome plated. Correspond exactly to the original PIAGGIO items in shape and size, very good fit.
These replica exhausts allow the continued use of both main-stand and the carrying of a spare-wheel. Wider section tyres are also possible.
Carburettor jetting and ignition, do not need to be, but should be checked for reliable and enduring use of your motor after any engine rebuild or performance extra being added.
