Update to the max! PINASCO’s motto is loud and clear, “cubic capacity cannot be replaced, except with more capacity”. A powerful statement here is the strong and sporty 215cc, and gets brutal 224ccm with long stroke shaft and 60mm stroke. The high quality manufactured aluminum cylinder not only steals the show with a maximal 69mm bore; it’s perfectly finished, the flawless GILARDONI cast meta; and durable NICASIL race coating. The high quality ASSO piston rounds out the picture and confirms the demand for highest quality from PINASCO. Ideal as a powerful daily cruiser or for tuning purposes. Whoever wants more, can simply add a sport exhaust, a modified intake and long stroke shaft to put wings on their Vespa. Different from earlier versions, which were constructed to be used with a long stroke shaft, the newest PINASCO has to be driven with a head or base gasket. A favorite combination with the 215cc for a 200 touring Vespa with circa 20 hp and 115 – 120 km/h cruising speed: Performance, shorter 4 gear, racing crankshaft, LUSSO III clutch and 24 T5 / 26er carburetor 225cc, with a great record in long distance driving and powerful performance around town.

Aluminum/ 69mm bore/ 4 transfers/ 213.14ccm Aluminum cylinder, 57mm stroke, 4 transfers, divided boost port, piston with 2 piston rings, upper ring L-ring, original PINASCO cylinder head included in delivery. Also included in delivery, base gasket and installation directions. Jets and ignition should be adjusted. The casing should be adjusted to the cylinder transfers, though not necessarily in the first step.
