The range of cylinders that MALOSSI have available for four-stroke Maxi scooters has, over the years, grown considerably. One of their main selling points has always been a long-lasting reliability in everyday use, despite their high power output. The reason for this is easily explained. The experience that MALOSSI gains on the racing scene results in prototype components being created with this knowledge. These items are then further tested, developed and perfected on the race circuit. This evolutionary process leads to the high quality of the tuning components they produce. In addition MALOSSI use the finest grade of materials and the very latest production techniques to ensure precise, minimal manufacturing tolerances with all of their products. The increase in cubic capacity provided by this MALOSSI 170cc aluminium cylinder is Viagra for the HONDA motor! The welcome increase in performance becomes especially apparent when riding with a passenger. The boost in torque produced allows you and your pillion partner to zoom up most hills with ease! The main reasons for this increase are the extra capacity and the clever MALOSSI ‘Forcemaster 2’ fuel injection regulator module, which provides the suitable fuel mixture and quantity required by the motor for all conditions. The MALOSSI ‘Forcemaster 2’ comes equipped with four separate ignition mappings, which can be set up according to the other components included in your set up and your riding style. Every ignition and injection parameter can be manually adjusted in the Min/Med/Max areas by +/- 20%. The original maximum revs available from your motor was restricted by the original regulators standard limit and is raised by 1.000 rpm following the fitment of the MALOSSI ‘Forcemaster 2’. Aluminium / 61mm bore / 4-stroke Aluminium cylinder with a chromed bore lining (piston clearance 0.05mm), increased cubic capacity, compression ratio : 1:12,2, 57,9mm stroke, forged aluminium piston with a high silicium proportion for added durability, optimised gas-flow properties and improved fuel economy, incl. adjustable Forcemaster 2 injection module
