The 130cc all round athlete is available with crankcase induction, and with a dual intake. The dual induction intake occurs through the crankcase intake and additionally through a reed intake on the cylinder, which increases contents; the outcome is more power, higher speeds. For this combination, a POLINI dual intake manifold must be used. These are available in 19 and 24 mm. 5 transfers, a solid ASSO piston with 1.5 gray cast iron ring makes the POLINI, even in it’s original state, put out 12.5 PS. If you’re thinking about modifying your cylinder, or simply want more out of your motor, optimise your cylinder with high quality GRAND-SPORT piston rings. The cylinder can’t, like the Mono, simply be jacked up because the double intake manifold is in the way. CNC milled and extra calibrated MMW cylinder heads get the right compression and head geometry.

this is right on if you’re looking for something more exclusive than the usual mono cylinder. Manifolds are well sealed, making this an ideal partner with both performance and dependable durability. The POLINI is THE beginner’s cylinder, regardless which version or model. Jets should be adjusted. Fits all Vespa PV/ET3/PK/XL/XL2 models, except PK automatic. Crankcase should be modified to match the larger cylinder transfers.
