400cc racing cylinder from EGIG Performance for use on the 306-BFA engine case . You can always go to extremes, at least when you ask EGIG Performance. The 306cc of the-BFA engine seemed to be the end of the line in terms of capacity. For a single-cylinder engine in a vintage scooter this is more than extreme. The Zero-G from EGIG-Performance, however, goes even further with its 407cc.

Not only the capacity is extreme, but also the layout of the transfer ports and the exhaust are not only modern, but also designed for a powerful power delivery.
Installation
Of course, even on the 306-BFA engine, 407cc cannot be realised entirely without adjustments. The engine case must be machined to fit the larger cylinder base. The exhaust of the cylinder is slightly inclined downwards for better power delivery. Therefore, installations for the-BFA 306 do not fit without adjustments. The screw connection of the stud bolts is designed for the original dimensions of the-BFA block, but the screw connection requires skill and a shortened spanner. However, the work is rewarded with almost unlimited power reserves.Technical data:
