with suspension arm
Product description
Four standard steering columns are generally used on Vespa smallframe models. Vespa 50-125/PV/ET3: PK50/S/SS/XL (I): Mix steering column of the Italian PK 50 models that is fitted with the suspension arm for the Vespa 50-125/PV/ET3 but the lock- and mud guard bracket of the PK S/SS/XL steering column. PK50-125 S/SS/XL/Automatica: The steering column on the PK S/SS/XL/Automatica does not have a continuous thread and has a groove for the handlebar clamp on the shaft. As with the Vespa 50-125/PV/ET3, the steering arm is attached on the side. The steering column fits a Vespa 50-125/PV/ET3 frame, the longer lower section would hugely raise the vehicle at the front, however. A modification is necessary. For this reason we offer a special version of this steering column that we have revised, for disc brake conversions! PK50-125 XL2/FL/HP/Automatica: Primarily differs from the PK50 S/SS/XL steering column in terms of the steer tube. It comes with a continuous, longer thread and does not have a groove for attaching the steering column. The steering column is locked into position from above. If it is also possible for the V50 conversion steering column to be used then the whole of the upper shaft has to be modified, however. Standard steering columns are on offer with or without a previously pressed-in suspension arm. They are supplied without the headset bearing set and lower dust protection cover! -TIP: Order the suitable suspension arm bearing set for steering columns without suspension arms. All of the steering columns are supplied without headset bearing set, bearing shell and/or dust protection cover.
