These variator units are designed for exclusive use in combination with the ‘SR’ roller weights. They lie perfectly in their ramps/channels and ensure an improved acceleration combined with a higher top speed. These items also noticeably improve the throttle response and power delivery of your scooter, when directly compared to the original PIAGGIO set up. The ‘SR’ roller weights and sliders included in this kit are constructed using a special self-lubricating nylon material which simultaneously decreases friction while also noticeably increasing their overall durability. Do not forget to order a tougher polyamide V-belt and a HIT clutch to complete the overall set up properly.
