With the assistance of this unrestricted tuning CDI unit from Readspeed a sufficiently tuned motor can produce higher revs as the standard restrictions no longer exist. These are not only extremely practical for tuning measures but are also popular as direct replacements for the original items. Alongside the lack of a restrictor the CDI unit is provided with an adjuster knob to allow individual set ups.
The manufacturers recommend the ‘O’ setting when this CDI unit is fitted to the SCOMADI 125TL, any other modifications are not covered by the scooters guarantee.
