Mixer Tube LEMARXON X234

SPREAD THE LOVE

Description

with three nozzle bores
Product description
Mixing tube from LEMARXON for the DELL’ORTO carburetors Si 20, 24, 26, 27, 28. Speed resistant and best suited for tuning.
Just like the LEMARXON throttle slides, the new mixing tubes from the same company are the logical development to the standard mixing tubes from PIAGGIO and DELL’ORTO.
More stable fuel supply at high rpm
Made in Germany
More relaxed driving behavior
Thermal relief of the engine
While the PIAGGIO mixing tubes are characterized by a different number of holes in the upper part of the tube and the holes in the lower part of the mixing tube are generally open, LEMARXON goes here exactly the opposite way and closes the holes in the lower part of the mixing tubes. As a result, the mixing tubes become noticeably richer, especially in the low and medium speed range, depending on their respective design. At higher engine speeds, the fuel supply then remains stable for longer, even in engines with particularly high displacement, for example.
German production is used to ensure the desired high quality of workmanship. The meaning of the numbers LEMARXON designates its mixing tubes as follows:
Let’s take a conventional mixing tube BE2, which can be easily identified by open holes in all four available rows. These rows form the floors 1 to 4.
If the lower floor of a LEMARXON mixing tube is closed, the designation is simply: X234.
If only the upper floor is still drilled through, the designation is quite simple: XXX4.
With two floors closed and two open: XX34.
An X234 mixing tube is already noticeably fatter than the conventional BE2 mixing tube. Of the LEMARXON mixing tubes, however, it is still the most restrained.
Less air in the lower part of the mixing tube makes it easier for the fuel to flow. Thus the fuel is less pushed back by the air and the thermal load of the engine is reduced by richer mixture.
The risk of engine seizure due to leanness of the gasoline-air mixture is shifted further back the fewer holes there are in the mixing tube. More relaxed driving is possible even with short-ratio engines and on the highway with high-revving engines.
Cramped fingers on the clutch handle can become a thing of the past. Just like wild shenanigans at the throttle grip to purge the engine with intermediate throttle, since the more stable gasoline supply extremely reduces the risk of piston sticking, even in push mode/engine braking.
Working with oversized secondary and main jets also becomes obsolete. It is possible to revert to the conventional side nozzles in sizes 42 to 55.
Also the no longer available original air filters, without drilled out heart, can often be confidently replaced by Cosa air filters, which namely the response of the engine by the free-standing air corrections quite favorable.
Who wants to bring it with its Vespa on the point, needs to the supplement absolutely also the new LEMARXON throttle slides, which intercept the fatter setting main jet already in the 1/4 or 1/3 gas range skillfully.
