TUNING SPORT – high-performance Product description
The key component of the MALOSSI SPORT carburettor kit is the DELL
ORTO PHBL 24/25 and it brings the disc valve smallframe up to a fast pace. In addition to the carburettor and the matching intake manifolds, the kit also includes all the components required for installation (gaskets, sections) as well as a MALOSSI intake funnel which with its short intake duct and accelerated intake flow has a positive impact on the performance. The PHBL 24 Kit (with stud connection) is available with 2- and 3-hole attachment which means it therefore fits the models in the PK XL series. In contrast to the rubber connection components, a plug connection is practically wear free making it extremely safe and durable. MALOSSI basically offers the carburettor kits in two versions
one for 50cc and once for 125cc engines. The carburettors are already tuned to the cylinders that are installed.

Use a new fuel hose (e.g. part no 40280000). For optimum care, clean the carburettor with carburettor cleaner (part no 55034000) on a regular basis.
