TUNING SPORT – high-performance Product description
On the MALOSSI 112cc and 136cc cylinders, the conversion to direct intake works most straightforwardly with a complete carburettor kit. In addition to a DELL’ORTO PHBL 24/25 carburettor (with rubber connection) this also includes the required reed valve manifold, a locking plate for the crankcase intake that is no longer needed as well as all of the small components required for installation and assembly. The MALOSSI sport air filters are the perfect finishing touch. We stock the carburettor kit (MALOSSI 112/113cc) to match the older smallframe models. We also stock the 136cc kit to match the PK series still for the “old” 136cc and the new MK II kits.
Conclusion:
With direct intake the MALOSSI is especially high torque and easy to ride.
A full circle crankshaft (e.g. part no 45063000) and racing exhaust (e.g. VSP Race part no VSP3W) are now compulsory. A jetting kit (e.g. part no 40270000) makes tuning the carburettor easier.
