The Pinasco and Piaggio cylinders 44.7mm diameter exhaust flange, along with the Quattrini M-232 and M-244 performance types, have the largest outlet port dimensions. This can lead to not all race exhaust systems fitting without a certain amount of modification. The Serie Pro exhaust flange has the same outer diameter as the Malossi cylinder, with all exhaust systems fitting perfectly. Due to their steel construction they are thinner-walled than their aluminium counterparts which has the welcome effect of increasing its internal diameter and cross-sectional area. Additionally the flange is now minimally conical, so guaranteeing an absolutely smooth-walled channel between the cylinders exhaust port and the resonance chamber of the exhaust. A channel has been provided around the base of the welded flange for the robust ‘O’ ring gasket included in the delivery.
Compatible with all commonly available Vespa PX 200 exhaust systems.
