Extremely solid and stable rear-wheel guidance.
These rear-wheel flanges, or triangular bearing plates, are first CNC machined from solid aluminium billet and then anodised in various colours. Due to their precise and massive construction they enable a noticeably more stable ride and solid rear-wheel guidance. The contrast becomes especially clear when directly compared to the commonly-available inferior aftermarket types. An encapsulated high performance bearing from SKF (Type:6202-2RS) is pre-mounted within the flange. The SKF bearing is also of a noticeably higher quality than types available up till now.

To remove the existing rear-wheel flange, the large 38mm nut with the driveshaft and the freewheel cog also requires removal. We recommend the simultaneous replacement of both the cog and the nut during this job.
