The fork cover with its sporty slots is made of high-quality plastic and then painted in the respective colour, not like the original which is made of unimportant coloured plastic. Replacing the fork cover is relatively uncomplicated, but requires a little patience, as the attachment to the inside of the mudguard is a little fiddly.
