If you upgrade an old smallframe model with a technically sophisticated PK engine, problems frequently occur as the intake manifold which is required for the PK engine (3-hole attachment) does not fit the smallframe chassis in terms of its design and curvature. Previously it was only possible to eliminate this problem by making big modifications to the chassis (by cutting and/or enlarging the existing opening). We now stock special intake manifolds which approximate the 2-hole intake manifolds from the older smallframe models in terms of their design and curvature, and also have a 3-hole attachment that matches the PK engine. The intake manifolds therefore optimally match the design of the chassis and conversion to a 3-hole PK engine is a piece of cake.
