Intake manifold for conversion to larger carburettors

With the intake manifold PHBG from swiing – swiss ingenious, larger carburettors can now finally be used on PIAGGIO CIAO models and the like.

The intake manifold makes it possible to fit the far more functional and user-friendly carburettors of type DELLORTO PHBG 16-21 or POLINI CP 15-21. Especially for tuned engines that require a larger carburettor, the intake manifold is a real help.
The intake manifold with a connection
of 24mm is CNC machined from aluminium and then anodised and can only be installed in combination with the POLINI Speed-Engine engine housing.
The installation of the intake manifold is very simple, remove the old one and replace it with the new one. However, since there is only little space available in the CIAO, it could be tight here, and you may have to do without the air filter.

Of course, a suitable carburettor is needed. We recommend the DELLORTO PHBG AS or POLINI CP carburettors.
