Peugeot Vivacity Motorsport 50cc 2T Kickstart Pinion Gear 7 Tooth / 15.5mm

A replacement kickstart pinion gear with spring clip suitable for a vehicles fitted with Peugeot vertical 50cc engines. This part is only compatible with Peugeot Euro 2 engines (2004 onwards) fitted with an electric oil pump and a 20 tooth kickstart main gear. Height of Engagement Head: 15.5mm Number of Teeth on Spline: 7 ***Please check your existing pinion gear has exactly the same size engagement head and number of teeth on the spline before purchasing as their are 6 different types used by Peugeot. Other sizes used are 13.5mm and 12.5mm and some pinion gears will have 8 teeth on the spline and be used in conjunction with a 21 tooth main gear so accuracy is key. Fitting the wrong size pinion gear will result in the kickstart mechanism wearing a lot quicker than normal and may cause damage to other kickstart components*** Note: For Peugeot scooters with Keihin oil pumps and 20 tooth main gear you will require part number 21080. For models with Mikuni oil pumps and 20 tooth main gear you will require part number IP12715. We do not currently stock replacement 8 tooth pinion gears.
