Over the years, the amount of tuning cylinders produced by MALOSSI for four-stroke motors in scooters has increased considerably. Their very high quality of manufacture gives them a head-start over most of their competitors. This 79cc aluminium cylinder from MALOSSI includes a chromed bore lining as part of its specifications. This not only improves the potential performance, but also ensures an increased thermal resistance and overall reliability, compared to other cylinders currently available. We recommend that a more performance orientated camshaft, a taller gearing and a MALOSSI Multivar unit be fitted in combination with this conversion kit in order to exploit its full potential. You can then say a permanent goodbye to its weak performance figures and get yourself a racing licence! Aluminium, 49mm bore, 7 PS @ 8000 rpm. Enlarged outlet, increased cubic capacity, higher compression ratio, original exhaust and carb compatible, piston made from an aluminium alloy with a high silicium content for improved stability and three ductile steel piston rings, simple installation and set up.
