TUNING ROAD – for everyday use Product description
The SBK ONE EVOLUTION II shows LEOVINCE from their flexible side. Instead of a fixed connection between the silencer and the pipe manifold, they have used a spring connection system.
This flexible connection method helps to reduce vibration to a minimum, so making damage in this area virtually impossible.
As far as its relative weight goes, here it can also shine. With a weight of almost 3kg less than the original exhaust the SBK ONE EVOLUTION II noticeably lessens the unsprung mass. This has a positive effect on the handling of the Modern Vespa models.
This
slip on
unit is made of 100% stainless steel. It can be used with or without a catalyser, which is available separately. For fully legal road use a catalyser is necessary.
Slip-on system/ made of stainless steel/ brushed stainless steel silencer/ E-mark
CAUTION :
Due to the very soft suspension on standard scooters, race exhaust systems can quickly come into contact with the scooters frame when fully compressed. The rear shock absorber should always have its spring pre-load adjusted to maximum compression. To be completely on the safe side, a stiffer after-market race shock absorber system should be included in the set-up of your tuned scooters suspension.
