Reducing the volume of tuned scooters to a level suitable for everyday use is often a difficult task. MR Parts has taken up the challenge and developed silencers which, compared to most standard silencers, are a good step in the right direction.

The “Super Light” series from MR Parts is similar in size to most silencers used for Vespa and Lambretta tuning. However, the diameter has been slightly increased and the available installation space has been ideally utilised in order to use as much insulation wool and perforated tube for sound insulation as possible. This keeps the proportions within a comfortable range. This is not only visually advantageous, it also ensures that the exhaust mount is not overloaded by an oversized muffler. In addition, great attention was paid to weight optimisation in the design to relieve the exhaust and silencer mount. We offer the silencers of the “Super Light” series in three different lengths. 25cm is similar to the or PM muffler. With the 28cm or the 30cm version, even better noise values can be achieved. The silencers are filled with Silent Sport damping wool. The workmanship is exemplary and promises a long service life.
