Single seats emphasise the design of the Vespa chassis, especially the rear profile. They are attached to the Vespa in the same way as bench style seats by being directly bolted to the frame in a matter of minutes. We have had these classic items reproduced in high quality in a number of authentic colours.
The almost iconic single seat was produced for the Vespa 50-125 / PV / ET3 models. Often mistakenly termed as a sports seat, these items were actually factory issued to comply with the Italian traffic regulations of the time forbidding passengers on 50cc two-wheelers. They only provide enough space for one adult, a fact underlined by the lack of a pillion safety strap or similar. The seat is released by a lever hidden underneath the rear of the seat.
