, a simple but effective device. During acceleration, the belt pulley twists, the stiff metal on metal connection to vario springs warps the springs and creates unwanted force and vibrations. MALOSSI offers a simple and cost-effective solution to this problem that should not be missing in any variomatic. The Torsion Control
is a small plastic sleeve set on the lower end of the vario spring. The spring glides almost friction free on the guide bushing to the belt pulley. MALOSSI is patenting this device. MALOSSI approved the project with great success after strict tests at R & D department and on racetrack on all examined scooter models.
