Product description
Reinforced spring preventing engine jolts on the front chain cog in Lambretta engine transmissions.
The Lambretta front sprocket cog is situated using a special spring. This prevents excessive jolts and shocks being transmitted between the crank and gearbox. These springs are pushed to the limit of their abilities in tuned engines, leading to unabsorbed shocks and jolts damaging or breaking them.

The TSR spring has a rating of 252 N/mm, instead of the 110-150 N/mm of the ORIGINAL spring. They are produced using reinforced, drawn wire, coiled for the highest static and dynamic loads. The wires surface is bead blasted. This secures and seals the surface area. As the surface of a spring is placed under the most load, the bead blasting process leads to an improved durability. To avoid the spring losing any tension while first being activated and sagging once installed, these springs are pre-activated during production. This ensures constant and lasting pressure from the spring.
